Step 3: Prepare the wire nut and golf...

Step 4: Playing with wire

Note: If you don't have a second drill, skip ahead to Step 7, then return to this step.

For this step, you'll need your prepared golf ball, wire, wire-cutters, and pliers.

Curl wire around one of the screws attached to the golf ball.
First, cut a short section of wire about three inches long.  Curl one end around the protruding portion of one of the screws attached to the golf ball.

Attach the free end of the wire to the other screw.
Bend the free end of the wire so that it follows the curve of the golf ball, leaving about a quarter of an inch of space between the wire and ball.  Curl the free end of the wire around the other screw and cut off any extra wire.  Set aside your golf ball.
